We have no control over freight services, once your items are in the hands of shipping company we cannot be held liable for any extended delays. No cancellations will be accepted.

Shipping price

Shipping price can be calculated on the checkout page by adding the product to cart and click "Check out". Enter your address in the shipping address to see our standard and express shipping prices.

Standard shipping

Delivered to your door by air via Thailand Post. Delivery status can be tracked online 24 hours.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit or debit card. The price shown on the checkout page after including shipping price is final. There is no extra charge on top for any payment method you choose.  (only Visa, Mastercard and JCB cards are accepted)

*Locally issued debit cards that can be accepted are those that belong to Visa, Mastercard and JCB, and have been activated for online use.

Tax and customs

You may be charged customs duties and taxes for something purchased online. In every country, anything posted or couriered to you goes through customs. Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods. These charges and rules will vary from country to country.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. We suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. Buyers are responsible for paying the shipping and delivery charge for the return.

Warranty

Vincita products are tested to ensure that the quality of travel is met. If a problem occurs caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship within 1 year, we will either fix or replace the product accordingly. Our warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example).  

Before sending the item to us for repair/replacement, please drop us an e-mail at info@vincita.co.th and include the followings; a brief explanation of the problem, pictures of the damaged bag and your contact. To help fasten the repairing process, the item should be clean before sending to us. Products repaired or replaced under warranty will be returned free of charge (for Thailand only). To find out about your local warranty policy, please check with the dealer in your country.
